Detailed review of pet travel carrier

I purchased the 'Deluxe Pet Travel Carrier' for an upcoming trip. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found it easy to navigate. Shipping took 7 business days to Perth, which was within their estimated timeframe. The carrier itself is quite spacious and seems well-constructed. My cat, surprisingly, didn't fight getting into it. One minor thing is the zipper felt a little stiff initially, but it loosened up after a few uses. Customer service wasn't needed, but the tracking updates were regular. Overall, a solid product for the price, and I'd consider them again for other pet accessories.

So happy with the cat tree!

I ordered the 'Majestic Multi-Level Cat Tree' and it's incredible! My cats are absolutely obsessed with it. It was easy to put together and looks great in the living room. It shipped fast too, reached Sydney in just 4 days. I will definitely shop here again!

Reliable for pet supplies

This was my third order from RarePet AU. I needed a new 'Orthopedic Dog Bed' for my old lab. Like before, the quality was consistent, and the description was spot on. Shipping usually takes about a week to Melbourne, which is fine, and it arrived within that window this time too. I keep coming back because their stuff holds up, and I haven't had any issues with past orders.

Good value on pet bowls

I was looking for some new 'Slow Feeder Bowls' and RarePet AU had a decent price. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10% discount, which made it even better. The bowls arrived in about 6 days, which was quicker than I expected. They seem sturdy and my dog actually slowed down eating, so it feels like money well spent. Happy with the overall cost and what I got.

Are there usually any good sales around Black Friday or Christmas for RarePet? Need a new pet travel carrier but could hold off if big discounts are coming.

T Tara T. 2 months ago

Oh for sure! They always have pretty good deals around those big holiday times, especially Black Friday. I got a bunch of stuff 15-20% off last year.

J June 2 months ago

Yeah, I'd wait if you can. They tend to do 10-20% off for things like EOFY too, so definitely worth keeping an eye out for seasonal sales.

I saw some cool cat toys on RarePet, but I'm worried about getting a dud. Are their products generally decent quality, or is it hit or miss?

R Rosa B. 2 months ago

I've bought a few things, like a harness and some bowls, and they've all been pretty good. My dog's harness has held up for ages, still looks newish.

I got a pet carrier from them and it's super sturdy. Definitely felt like good value for money. Haven't had any issues with anything from there.

Thinking of buying a new dog coat for winter from RarePet. How easy is it to return stuff if it doesn't fit my pup right?

R Renee F. 1 month ago

My friend had to return a collar that was too small, said it was pretty straightforward, just had to pay for return shipping I think. Got her refund quickly.

C Cleo 1 month ago

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month for a bed my cat ignored. Just check their policy, usually you gotta send it back within a certain time and it needs to be unused.

Anyone know if RarePet does Afterpay? Trying to budget for a new automatic feeder for my cat without dropping all the cash at once.

R Raj 1 month ago

Yep, they do! Used it for a big order a few months back, made it much easier.

T Tara Vargas 1 month ago

Yeah, pretty sure I saw it as an option at checkout. Most Aussie online stores have it these days, so makes sense RarePet would too.

Hey guys, thinking of grabbing a new orthopedic bed for my old dog from RarePet. How long does shipping usually take to Sydney?

C Colin 1 month ago

Mine got here in about 4-5 business days last month. I'm in western Sydney, so pretty standard metro time.

D Derek L. 1 month ago

Yeah, I ordered a cat tree a while back, took a week to Melbourne. I think they dispatch pretty quick, depends on AusPost after that.
